That idea became Ravellu.

How We Work

Our approach is based on curation rather than simply having everything.

We search for products and styles that fit the Ravellu aesthetic and work with a network of suppliers, fulfilment partners and logistics providers to make those products available to customers across the markets we serve.

Because our fulfilment network can operate from different locations, an order may sometimes be shipped directly from one of our fulfilment partners.

This model allows us to keep our collection flexible, introduce new styles and serve customers internationally without being limited to a single physical warehouse.

But regardless of where an order begins its journey, Ravellu remains your point of contact.

For destinations currently served by Ravellu, our standard estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days, including order processing and transit.

Eligible products can also be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
