How Can We Help?
Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, returns, sizing and caring for your Ravellu pieces.
We recommend checking the Size Guide available on the product page before placing your order. Sizing may vary between styles, so please compare the measurements provided with your own measurements for the best fit.
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us at support@ravellu.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet entered fulfilment, we may be able to update the size. If it has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our standard estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
This includes 1–2 business days for order processing and approximately 6–10 business days for transit.
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you will receive your tracking details.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after dispatch.
If you need help tracking your order, contact support@ravellu.com.
Tracking information may occasionally take time to update while your package is moving between carrier facilities or countries.
If there has been no update for an extended period or your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact support@ravellu.com with your order number.
Please contact us at support@ravellu.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before the order enters fulfilment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products, starting from the date you receive your order.
Items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original tags attached where applicable.
Please contact support@ravellu.com before returning any item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please contact us if you need a different size or colour.
Where a direct exchange is available, our team will provide the appropriate instructions. If an exchange is unavailable, you may return the eligible item and place a new order for your preferred size or colour.
Once your eligible return has been received and approved, we aim to process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Please contact support@ravellu.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item, where possible.
Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.
